Good evening,
The Center for Student Involvement wanted to share some updates with you as one of the student leaders that has submitted a registration submission for 2025-2026. Please take time to review the notes before and share with your other officers, as well as your advisor.
Safelist-
-Throughout this process and going forward communication will primarily be shared through UIC Connection regarding your student organization. Please add UIC Connection to your safelist/check your spam folder regularly.
Review schedule-
-Please note that reviews will be received 30 days or AFTER May after the submission. Direct all questions and comments to the chat function of your submission (the three dots- sign into UIC Connection, go to your profile, go to your surveys and forms and this submission will be there).
Questions, concerns or check status-
-Use the CHAT function (for continuity of communication DO NOT EMAIL ORGSUPPORT or staff individually to avoid delays in responses) for questions regarding this submission OR to check your status.
Officer Training-
-The mandatory training is a separate module that will sent to you and your leadership in June. The training will include a scored quiz.

-WILL BE RELEASED OVER THE SUMMER early July- once registration has been finalized.
Common Issues in review that lead to delays-
Officers/Advisors not approving their positions- PLEASE alert your advisors AND the other officers they must accept their role to be approved.
Outdated letters of affiliation are being submitted- PLEASE visit the registration support page where details regarding the affiliation letter are listed. The letter must be dated for the 2025-2026 academic year.
