2025 Winter Involvement Fair and Service Expo

UIC students are invited to explore 200+ student organizations, departments, community organizations, and more!

Date- Thursday, January 23, 2025
Time- 11am-3pm

Check In- 10:15am (STARTS and ends at 10:50am)

Location- Illinois Room Complex (750 South Halsted)

This form closes Thursday, January 16, 2025 at 5pm.

Confirmation will be processed Friday, January 17, 2025 AFTER 5pm.

The event is ONE day IN-PERSON only. Spaces are LIMITED.

-Spaces will be assigned FIRST COME FIRST SERVE
-Participants will not receive access to POWER
-Participants are not allowed to serve, distribute, sell food or beverages WITHOUT approval from CSI
-The person completing the form will be the person to receive the CONFIRMATION
-ONLY 2 people will be allowed into the Fair for set up prior to 11am for set
