2025 Fall Involvement Fair & Service Expo

Mark your calendars! The Fall Involvement Fair & Service Expo is back in person on September 3–4, 2025, at the University Hall Lawn (near 901 W Harrison Street).

Join us from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM (CST) each day to connect with over 300 student organizations, community service partners, and campus departments. Whether you're looking to explore new interests, expand your network, or excel as a UIC Flame, this is your chance to get involved and make the most of your UIC experience.

Important Information for Registered Student Organizations & Campus Departments

• Registration for campus departments and department initiatives is now open and will close on August 25, 2025, at 5:00 PM (CST).
• Departments can register here: Department Registration Form
• Confirmation emails will be sent after August 29, 2025 at 5:00 PM from studentinvolvement@uic.edu
