Details
Over the course of four weeks, participants in the Mindful Way workshop will be introduced to mindfulness principles and common types of meditation practice. They will also participate in guided meditation practice in each meeting. Participants will be invited to discuss experience with the practice and how to integrate it into daily life and as part of their self-care plan. We ask that participants commit to practicing the skills introduced between sessions to obtain maximum benefit.
Mindful Way Online Workshop will be offered Tuesdays 1:00PM - 2:30PM CT
1/27, 2/3, 2/10, 2/17 (Must be able to start by attendance at 2/03 session)
Participants are asked to attend the at least 3 out of 4 of the weekly sessions. Starting on time and remaining for the full 90 minute workshop each week. Participants are asked to participate with cameras on to build feeling of community.
