4-week, structured, DBT & CBT skills-based workshop will help students implement healthy strategies to manage stress, anxiety, and other difficult emotions. The workshop will include skills-building worksheets, activities, and discussion among members.

Managing Your Mood Online Workshop will be offered Wednesdays 9:30-11AM
2/18, 2/25, 3/4, 3/11 (Must be able to start by attendance at 2/25 session)

Participants are asked to attend at least 3 out of 4 of the weekly sessions. Starting on time and remaining for the full 90 minute workshop each week. Participants are asked to participate with cameras on to build feeling of community.
