Join the United Women's Network (UWN) and UIC Business for the 12th Annual Women in Business Conference as we celebrate what it means to lead with authenticity. This year, we honor the women who dare to show up fully: driving innovation, elevating their communities, and reshaping the business landscape by being unapologetically themselves. Together, we’ll reflect on the strides we’ve made and envision a future where authenticity isn’t just encouraged but embraced as a catalyst for lasting impact and change.

For the first time, the Women in Business Conference will be giving out four awards to the following:
1. Emerging Business Woman of the Year
2. Business Woman of the Year
3. Alumni Business Woman of the Year
4. Ally of the Year
