In this engaging 45-minute class, we will start by connecting your breath with movement through a variety of yoga poses suitable for everyone, no matter your experience level. We'll focus on building strength, improving balance, and boosting endurance with a sequence of postures. The last 15 minutes will be peaceful meditation. Meditation has so many amazing benefits that can truly enhance your overall well-being.
