Details

All F45 classes are free from Monday, January 13 thru Saturday, January 18. There are 6:45am, 10:30am, 11:30am, 12:15pm, 12:45pm, 4:30pm, and 5:30pm classes. Members and non-members are welcome to attend.

We are also offering additional free classes on the following days: February 3, February 4, February 5, February 14, March 3, March 4, March 5, April 1.
