Details

September 22, 2025-October 29, 2025. This 6-week program is designed to teach you the essential movement patterns that support everyday life — like squatting, hinging, pushing, pulling, and rotating. Each week focuses on key functional exercises to help you get stronger, move better, and feel more confident — whether you're new to strength training or getting back into a routine.

✔️ 2 workouts per week (Mondays & Wednesdays 1:30pm-3pm)
✔️ 3 cooking class with a Registered Dietician (Every other Tuesday, 3pm-4:30pm, starting September 23, 2025)
✔️ Simple, effective, full-body training
✔️ Perfect for beginners or those rebuilding strength

$60 for students
$80 for members
