In this 45 minute session, learn the fundamental principles of Tai Chi including slow and deliberate movements, controlled breathing, and focused meditation. No matter your experience level, our instructor will guide you through a series of gentle, choreographed sequences designed to enhance balance, flexibility, and inner calm. Tai Chi, often referred to as "meditation in motion," is a holistic practice that promotes physical and mental well-being.
