We are a group of passionate players of the game of cricket. Our objective is to introduce cricket as a sport to UIC and give an opportunity to cricketers to play and enjoy this beautiful sport. We have participated in competitive tournaments like Grand Slam Romeoville and Schaumburg T10. We have also organized friendly matches against cricket clubs from other universities. Apart from the famous tape-ball game, we plan to introduce the leather ball game to UIC.

Our club trains with competition-standard bars and equipment, allowing lifters to practice on the same style of gear used in sanctioned meets. When available, the club also provides shared training gear such as belts, knee sleeves, or wrist wraps to help reduce barriers for new members.Lifters have the opportunity to compete under the club name at sanctioned meets, and may qualify to represent the club at the state and national level. For out-of-state competitions, members can apply for club-supported housing coverage, lowering the financial burden of travel and making high-level competition more accessible. Above all, membership offers a positive, encouraging environment where athletes push each other to grow, stay accountable, and build a strong community centered on strength and wellness.

The fencing club provides a location for members to participate in the sport of fencing. The club is open to both experienced, inexperienced, and new fencers, and will provide instructional lessons to members upon request. Members may borrow fencing equipment from the club, so equipment purchase is not required. The Fencing Club will encourage UIC students to learn and enjoy the sport of fencing for all three main weapons: foil, epee, and saber. Practice is held on Mondays at 4-6 pm and Wednesdays from 5-7 pm in the Mac Suite at the UIC Rec Center.

The mission of this organization shall be to provide a community for runners at UIC who want to continue running competitively and/or create a casual social space to set new personal records. To reach this goal, the club will compete nationally against other top clubs when possible, including at NIRCA Regionals and Nationals for Cross Country and Track, and at NIRCA sponsored meets or races with NIRCA teams for Cross Country and Track. In addition, the club will also compete against other runners in major races in the Chicagoland area.
