Members of the Chicago Music Producers Collective (CMPC) gain access to a wide range of opportunities designed to support their growth as producers, artists, and creatives. These include guest speakers with industry‑level experience, streamlined and legitimate production resources such as tutorials, plug‑ins, forums, and curated learning tools, as well as hands‑on workshops that cover production techniques, mixing, mastering, and creative workflow. Members also have opportunities to showcase their original music at mixers, listening sessions, and club events, while receiving peer feedback and collaborating with producers, artists, and engineers across campus. Downtown Voices is a student led co-ed A Capella group from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Founded in 2014, Downtown Voices sings a variety of genres like pop, rock, theater, and more. Downtown Voices competes yearly in the International Championship of Collegiate A Cappella and performs for various events around campus and in the Chicagoland area.

The Red Shoes Review UIC's undergraduate literary and visual arts magazine that publishes the work of students and aims to foster the artistic community at UIC. UIC is full of talented poets, photographers, writers, and artists and RSR gives them a place to express themselves. Every year, the RSR board looks forward to putting together the final magazine and premiering it.
