Gianmarco Soresi is a New York-based stand-up comedian, actor, and creator known for his sharp societal insights and animated, high-energy stage presence. With a style that blends upbeat candor and dark comedic edge, he’s earned praise from outlets like NPR, Esquire, The Atlantic, Buzzfeed, and ABC News. Gianmarco has performed stand-up on The Late Late Show with James Corden, Comedy Central, Don’t Tell, and even The Real Housewives of New York, and was named a New Face at Just For Laughs in 2022. In late 2023, he was featured in Netflix’s Verified Stand-Up, a breakout multi-comic special that premiered to strong acclaim.
Also, a trained actor, Gianmarco has appeared in Here Today (opposite Billy Crystal), Hustlers, The Last OG, and Netflix’s Bonding. He hosts the popular podcast The Downside with Gianmarco Soresi, where he and fellow comics explore the humor in life’s frustrations and failures. He’s currently touring across North America and Europe on his latest Drama King Tour, with upcoming stops in San Antonio, New Orleans, Philadelphia, and London through the end of 2025.
