Join us in community to learn about PERSIST(Σ) and our exciting Fall 2025 program! We’re honored to welcome Dr. Jessica Esquivel as our keynote speaker—an Afrolatine queer physicist, engineer, movement builder, and co-founder of Oyanova Enterprises. A trailblazer in particle physics and STEAM equity, she is dedicated to reshaping education through culturally rooted, community-driven programming. Dr. Esquivel is passionate about creating inclusive spaces, advancing representation, and prioritizing mental health in STEAM.
Attendees will also have the chance to connect with various student organizations committed to gender equity in engineering and technology, building community and support across campus.
Space is limited, so please RSVP by September 3.
